We can despatch items to you. Email, telephone or post your order. You can pay by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro or send a Cheque. Cheques payable to W H THOMAS & SON. Orders paid for by cheque will be despatched on clearance of the cheque
( normally 7 working days ) to our bank account.
If you pay by card we require:
The card number
Valid from & expiry dates
Issue number (maestro)
The last 3 digit number on the signature strip
The delivery address. If this is different to the registered address of the card then we require that also.
Carriage will be charged by weight for the items dispatched. We can give you a quotation for this.
Shipping charge is automatically calculated based on the weight of the order and this is shown on the shopping cart. Payment is processed by Secure Trading Financial Services or send a cheque for payment. Credit card details are entered on a secure page and the system is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure, Address Checking (AVS) and Card Security Code Checks
The website is configured so that you can only buy items online that are in stock. If an item is out of stock a message will be displayed when you click "add to basket".
We can despatch orders worldwide by airmail.
Despatch and Delivery
Despatch will not take place until payment is received but the majority of goods will be despatched within 1 working day of order. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days then please contact us. Items damaged during shipment should be returned. Shipping charges are calculated at cost, and are shown separately . We use Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Signed for, Federal Express or DPD for next day delivery.
Liability insurance is included in the Shipping charge.
Before any goods are returned please contact us by Email, or by fax or phone quoting your invoice number, We will reply by return. If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery please return them for a full credit including postage costs you have incurred. If you wish to return non-faulty goods you should do so within 21 days of receipt for a refund minus the shipping charges, subject to their return in good condition, unworn and with the original product packaging. A refund will be given. The buyer will have to pay the Shipping costs to return the goods. Refunds shall not exceed the total value of the original transaction (minus the shipping charges) and are at our discretion.
Please note that you are responsible for all return carrier costs in the event of a cancellation.
Non-collection from depot, non-acceptance of goods and goods returned due to poor addressing will be deemed cancellations.
Some products may have slight variations from the pictures illustrated, and do not constitute a fault. If you have specific requirements please ask before ordering.

We will never collect sensitive information without explicit consent and Information we retain can be checked by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
By placing an order the customer is making an offer and the contract will only be formed only if that order is accepted by the company. Taking payment from the customer's credit or debit card does not constitute acceptance.
